Follow our guide to reset your Great ID password and unlock your account via the Forgot your password link in the Great Eastern app.

Open the Great Eastern app. Tap Great ID.
Tap Forgot your password?.
Key in the registered email address associated with your Great ID account. Tap Next.
Key in the one-time password sent to your registered mobile number. Tap Submit.
Key in a new Great ID password. Your past 10 passwords cannot be re-used. Tap Submit.
Tap Let’s go! to return to the sign-in page.
