1. Great 115 lucky draw (the "Lucky Draw") is open to registered participants of Great 115 ("Participants"; each a "Participant").
2. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on the event day of Great 115, 13 August 2023, at OCBC Square (the "Draw Date"). The lucky draw segment will take place between 1200hrs – 1230hrs. Winners will be announced on the spot and prizes are to be collected on the same day.
3. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must have checked-in at the event, participated in the activities, and be present on-site during the lucky draw segment on 13 August 2023. Participants who are not present on-site during the lucky draw segment are not eligible for the Lucky Draw, even if they have checked-in and participated in the activities.
4. Participants must be 18 years and above at the point of registration to participate in the Lucky Draw.
5. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant agrees and consent to Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives, the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Great Eastern Persons”), collecting, using, disclosing, and/or sharing amongst themselves such personal data, for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to conduct the Lucky Draw which the participant is signing up for and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern's Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Purposes”) which is accessible from Great Eastern Singapore’s website, which each participant confirms they have read and understood.
Each Participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that Participant may have previously provided to Great Eastern Persons, and each Participant’s consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of a Participant’s Personal Data, with or without that Participant’s consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
6. There will be ten (10) winners in this Lucky Draw. The first five winners will receive Key Power International vouchers (worth $50) each and the next five winners will receive a Manduka Begin Mat 5mm 68’’ (worth S$119) each.
7. If a Participant’s name is drawn but the Participant is not present on-site, Great Eastern and Companies will re-draw a new winner.
8. Great Eastern reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
9. Great Eastern shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of, computer online systems, servers, providers or technical problems, or any combination thereof.
10. Information on how to participate in the Lucky Draw shall form part of these terms and conditions governing the Lucky Draw.
11. Great Eastern makes no representation as to the quality or performance of the Prizes provided by the merchants in connection with the Lucky Draw. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants acknowledge and accept that the use of each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant providing the Prize.
12. Great Eastern’s decisions in all matters related to the Lucky Draw, prizes and prize winners shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing or promotional materials or communications relating to the Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
14. The Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
15. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the Lucky Draw as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern.
