Here’s an exclusive lucky draw, especially for participants of our Stay Skin Smart Quiz Series (consisting of 4 quizzes in total).

Prizes:

1. 5 lucky participants will stand a chance to win Bioderma Skincare hampers (worth $300) each
2. 2 lucky participants will stand a chance to win Mentholatum Skincare hampers (containing products from Mentholatum & it’s brands worth $100)
3. 3 lucky participants will get to win Nithya Priyan School of Yoga 5-class package (worth $148) (each “Prize”, collectively the “Prizes”).
   
   

How to participate:

With every one (1) Quiz participation form, each Participant is eligible for one (1) chance to enter the Lucky Draw, up to a total of (4) chances to stand a chance to win the “Prizes”.

Terms and conditions:

1. Great Eastern Rewards Health Series lucky draw (the "Lucky Draw") is open to quiz participants of the ‘Stay Skin Smart’ quiz series
2. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must have entered a valid email address in the Quiz participation form
3. Participants must be 18 years and above at the point of quiz submission to participate in the Lucky Draw.
4. The winners will be drawn on 6th of September, 1730hrs SGT, at OTBT office located at 120 Lower Delta Rd, #10-11, Singapore 169208
5. Prize winners and prize collection details will be released via email
6. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the “Companies”), as well as their respective representatives, agents, authorised service providers and relevant third parties, collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer this promotion and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern’s Privacy Statement which is accessible from Great Eastern’s website, which you confirm you have read and understood. Each Participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that Participant may have previously provided to Great Eastern Persons, and each Participant’s consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of a Participant’s Personal Data, with or without that Participant’s consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
7. If a Participant’s name is drawn but the Participant does not respond within 1 month of email notification date, Great Eastern and Companies will forfeit the prizes.
8. Great Eastern reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
9. Great Eastern shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of, computer online systems, servers, providers or technical problems, or any combination thereof.
10. Information on how to participate in the Lucky Draw shall form part of these terms and conditions governing the Lucky Draw.
11. Great Eastern makes no representation as to the quality or performance of the Prizes provided by the merchants in connection with the Lucky Draw. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants acknowledge and accept that the use of each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant providing the Prize.
12. Great Eastern’s decisions in all matters related to the Lucky Draw, prizes and prize winners shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing or promotional materials or communications relating to the Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
14. The Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
15. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the Lucky Draw as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern.
