We place a strong emphasis on the individual’s overall potential. We welcome candidates with a bachelor’s degree from all disciplines to apply with us.

The programme is open to all fresh graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.

Corporate Management Associates will attend a comprehensive orientation programme before the official rotation starts. There will also be many other developmental opportunities and exposure during the programme.

To support Corporate Management Associates on this journey, a dedicated mentor will be assigned to each individual during their stint in the programme.

We are looking for Corporate Management Associates who share our values of integrity, initiative and involvement. We want someone with a growth mindset, creative, inquisitive and collaborative, with an ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Graduates will be placed in a permanent role where they can continue to contribute to the organisation’s growth and success. Exact role will be determined based on the individual's career aspirations and competencies.

Shortlisted candidates can expect to receive an offer by April 2025, and the programme will commence in July 2025.
