Benefits

The Benefits page displays all the benefits that you and your dependants enjoy as part of your plan.  

  1. Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate app. 
  2. Tap Benefits in the bottom navigation. 
  3. Select a member from the drop-down list. 
  4. View an overview of the benefit details such as benefit coverage and annual limits for the selected member. 
  5. Tap the arrow for each benefit to view more information. 

If your employer has included dependant coverage in your plan, their benefits will be displayed in the app under your account. You can toggle between employee and dependant account(s) to view the respective benefit information where required.  

Dependants who have installed the Great Eastern Corporate app on their mobile device will only be able to view their own account, and not the employee’s account. 

Tap the arrow for each benefit to view a breakdown of what is covered under your plan. If you have queries, contact our customer service team via the app for clarification. 

Visit one of the healthcare establishments on the list of panel clinics and hospitals. Present your digital medical card (if available) or provide your policy details. If required, submit a claim in the app after your visit. 

If your plan allows for visits to non-panel clinics or hospitals, you can submit a claim in the app for reimbursement. Follow the steps for submitting a medical claim.

Check your eligibility in the “Benefits” section. Some wellness services may require pre-approval, which you can request in the app. 

Your policy details in the “Benefits” section will specify whether dental expenses are covered, along with any limits or exclusions. If you have queries, contact our customer service team via the app.

If you exceed your coverage limit for a specific benefit (e.g., outpatient visit, dental care), you will need to cover the remaining costs out of your pocket.

Benefits may vary depending on your employer’s group insurance plan and your employment level. Check your individual coverage in the “Benefits” section. 

Yes, employers can adjust employee benefits based on their corporate policy. Any updates to your coverage will be reflected in the app. If you have questions about changes to coverage, check with your HR department.
