Reinstate policy for GREAT CareShield or ElderShield Supplement

You can only apply for reinstatement if your policy has

  • lapsed, or
  • been converted to an auto paid-up policy due to non-payment of premiums, or
  • been converted to a reduced paid-up policy by you, or
  • been terminated due to freelook / cancellation by you

Reinstatement of a policy that has lapsed or has past the opt-back period will require a health declaration and underwriting. The timeframe for reinstatement or opt-back and requirement for underwriting differ depending on your policy status.
