How to make a retrenchment claim
1. Download documents
You will need to submit the following documents for your claim.
Document | Purpose |
Retrenchment Claim Form | To be completed with details of your claim |
Retrenchment Claim Instruction Page | An outline of necessary steps in filing your claim |
2. Include supporting documents
In addition to the forms and documents in the previous step, we'll also require you to submit the following supporting documents:
- Retrenchment letter from your former employer
- CPF contribution statement that showing records from 12 months before and 3 months after the retrenchment date
- Salary slips from the 12 months before the retrenchment date
3. Submit documents
By email
Submit the completed forms and supporting documents to us via email.
