Scope of Service(s)

The Emergency Assistance Services include, but not limited to the following:

  • Medical referral and appointment arrangement/telephone medical advice
  • Arrangement of emergency medical evacuation/repatriation (including repatriation of mortal remains)
  • Arrangement of compassionate visits
  • Arrangement of return of dependent child(ren)
  • Inoculation and visa requirement information
  • Legal and embassy referral
  • Interpreter assistance
  • Emergency travel service assistance

The Medical Assistance Services include:

  • Providing Medical Report
    Medical
  • Medical Doctor(s) Recommendation
  • Medical Care Arrangement
