Make a single premium top-up
If you are topping up for a CPF or SRS policy, ensure that you have sufficient funds in your CPFIS or SRS account for the deduction to be successful upon approval of the single premium top up application.
If you are topping up for a cash policy, you can make payment through AXS, eConnect, or through your banking app via bill payments.
To apply for a top-up, you'll need to submit an application via eConnect together with the payment.
Your request must comply with the prevailing limits and constraints outlined in your investment-linked policy.
If you want to perform the top up by yourself, you must complete and pass the Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA). You must conduct your own research on the performance of GreatLink funds and Prestige Portfolio funds.
If you wish to receive recommendations that take into account your investment objectives, financial situation, and particular needs, seek advice from your Financial Representative.
Ways to make payment
After your single premium top-up application has been submitted, you can make payment via the following channels.
Pay using your policy number via billing organisation with the following banks:
- OCBC (Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, Limited)
- DBS/POSB (The Development Bank of Singapore Limited)
- UOB (United Overseas Bank Limited)
- SCB (Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited)
- Sign in to your internet banking app.
- Based on your policy number, select Great Eastern Life (10 digits) as the billing organisation.
- Enter your policy number as the bill reference.
- Tap Pay Bills to complete the payment.
Allow at least 2 working days for your policy status to be updated after payment.
If your premium amount is above the transaction limit, you can either increase your transaction limit temporarily or make multiple transactions. You may wish to revert to the original lower transaction limit once this transaction has been completed. If you have any queries, please contact your bank for assistance.
Do not transfer premiums to your Financial Representative’s bank account. This is to prevent the mixing of funds, and to ensure a clear separation of money belonging to you and your Financial Representative.
Pay using your policy number through any of the following:
- Any AXS machine
- AXS m-Station via your smartphone or tablet
- AXS e-Station via the AXS website
- Based on your policy number, select Great Eastern Life (10 digits) as your policy type.
- Select Premium as your payment type.
- Enter your policy number, payment amount, payor’s full name, and contact number.
Allow at least 2 working days for your policy status to be updated after payment.
You will need to make multiple transactions if your premium is above the transaction limit. Visit the AXS website to find out more about the available payment methods and transaction limit.
Questions and Answers
If the CPF deduction is successful, it will be reflected in your CPF account in 2 to 4 working days. If it is unsuccessful, we will notify you by mail.
If you have made the top up via eConnect and no underwriting is needed, you will receive a letter from us when the top up is completed. If underwriting is required, additional time is needed for assessment.
If additional document(s) are needed from you, we will inform you by mail.
