Change payment method and CPF authorisation for DPS

Follow our guide to change payment method or request for deduction re-attempt from your CPF savings for your Dependants' Protection Scheme (DPS) plan.

You can select one of the following payment methods when changing your payment method:

  • CPF savings
  • Cash/Cheque
  • GIRO

1. Download documents
 
To change payment method to CPF savings or cash/cheque, or request for deduction re-attempt from your CPF savings for your DPS plan, we'll require you to complete and submit the Dependants' Protection Scheme Change Payment Method & Authorisation form.
 
To change payment method to GIRO, please submit the GIRO application form.

Submit the completed form to us via email.
