How to change payment method or request for CPF deduction re-attempt
1. Download documents
To change payment method to CPF savings or cash/cheque, or request for deduction re-attempt from your CPF savings for your DPS plan, we'll require you to complete and submit the Dependants' Protection Scheme Change Payment Method & Authorisation form.
To change payment method to GIRO, please submit the GIRO application form.
2. Submission
Submit the completed form to us via email.
