Great Eastern Rewards – Gut Health Quiz GREAT Dollars Giveaway (“Giveaway”)

  1. Receive 100 GREAT Dollars (“Reward”) when you participate in each quiz of the Gut Health Quiz Series.
  2. To be eligible to receive the Reward, participants have to be Users (as defined below) of the Great Eastern Rewards mobile app (the “App”) and successfully participate in a quiz from the “Gut Health Quiz Series” from 2 September to 31 October 2024. There are a total of four (4) quizzes for participants to take part (each a “Quiz”, collectively “Quizzes”). A Quiz will be released on a bi-weekly basis between 2 September to 31 Oct 2024 and the Quizzes shall remain open for participation till 31 Oct 2024.
  3. The Reward is limited to the first 3,000 unique Users per Quiz who submit their form.
  4. A User refers to existing users who have been verified as a Great Eastern customer on the App.

    How to participate:
  5. Each participating User submitting their Quiz participation form using their Great Eastern Rewards account email address, is eligible to receive 100 GREAT Dollars.
  6. A User is only entitled to 100 GREAT Dollars per Quiz. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.
  7. A User may receive up to a maximum of 400 GREAT Dollars (worth S$4) if the User participates in all four (4) Quizzes.

    Terms & Conditions:
  8. Eligible participants who are Users of the App will be notified via an in-app notification once the Reward has been credited to their Great Eastern Rewards account. Participants are reminded to enable their app notification in order not to miss out on the notification.
  9. To receive the reward, participants must enter their email address to a valid Great Eastern Rewards account in the Quiz participation form during submission.
  10. The Reward will be credited to eligible participants by the second week of October 2024 for submissions received during the month of September 2024.
  11. The Reward will be credited to eligible participants by the second week of November 2024 for submissions received during the month of October 2024.
  12. By participating in a Quiz, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the “Companies”), as well as their respective representatives, agents, authorised service providers and relevant third parties, collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer this promotion and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern’s Privacy Statement which is accessible from Great Eastern’s website, which you confirm you have read and understood.
  13. Each Participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that Participant may have previously provided to Great Eastern Persons, and each Participant’s consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of a Participant’s Personal Data, with or without that Participant’s consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
  14. Great Eastern reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Reward at any time without prior notice. The Reward is not exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
  15. Great Eastern shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of, computer online systems, servers, providers or technical problems, or any combination thereof.
  16. Information on how to participate in the Giveaway shall form part of these terms and conditions governing the Giveaway.
  17. Great Eastern’s decisions in all matters related to the Giveaway shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
  18. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing or promotional materials or communications relating to the Giveaway, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  19. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
  20. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the Giveaway as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern.
