Birthday Insurance Promotion - Purchase of Policy Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to:

a)   New policy sign up (excluding renewals) via online sales platform through the Great Eastern Rewards (“GER”) app or on the website. Manual application(s) will not be eligible.

b)   Policyholders whose birthdays fall between 1 March 2024 and 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) and must purchase one or more qualifying plan(s) with a total minimum qualifying premium as described below from Great Eastern General Insurance Limited (“GEG”) within the Promotion Period (as stated on Clause 2) to be eligible for the Promotion (“Eligible Customer”).

2. The qualifying plan(s) will need to be submitted within the valid promotion period.

3. Each Eligible Customer will receive a voucher value of S$50 or S$100 credited in the form of 5,000 GREAT Dollars or 10,000 GREAT Dollars respectively (“Reward”).

4. This promotion is strictly not transferrable.

5. The Reward including any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, or other denominations and are subject to the additional terms and conditions imposed by the third-party merchant.

6. Reward will be credited into Eligible Customer’s GER account two months after the Promotion Period end date and after the free-look period (if any).

7. The e-mail address used to create the GER account must be the same e-mail address provided to GEG during purchase of the policy(s) to ensure crediting of the reward.

8. If cancellation of one or more of the several policies cause premium to fall below $500 and / or $1,000, GEG reserves the right to recover the full value of the reward from the policyholder.

9. Once the Reward has been credited to eligible policyholder's GER app account, policyholders will not be allowed to cancel their policies. Should the policy(s) be cancelled, the policyholder shall return the full voucher value of S$50 or S$100 to GEG.

10. GEG reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion, terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice.

11. All decisions made by GEG in relation to this campaign are final.

12. The terms and conditions of this promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
