Here for a healthy you. Pay a $13* General Practitioner (GP) consultation fee as a Great Eastern customer.

*For short consultation sessions only. Additional charges may apply for consultations above 20 min. Does not include additional costs related to medication and treatment fees. This initiative cannot be used in conjunction with other on-going initiatives.

Here's how to redeem

 
1. Visit a participating clinic
2. Sign in to the Great Eastern App via Great ID or Singpass
3. Show your IC and Great Eastern App User ID to clinic staff for verification
4. $13* consultation fee will be applied upon verification

Policyowner

If you are a policyowner:

1. Enter the participating clinic location and inform the clinic staff that you are a customer of Great Eastern who wishes to enjoy the “Great Eastern $13 GP Consultation" offer.

2. Show your NRIC for registration.

3. Sign in to the Great Eastern App via Great ID or Singpass (see figure 1).

4. Show clinic staff the top of the "Home" page of Great Eastern App showing your full name (see figure 2).

5. Clinic staff will match the name of the policyowner on the NRIC and Great Eastern App.

6. Once confirmed, you will enjoy the $13 GP consult rate.

Policyholder redemption

Insured(s)

If you are insured under a Great Eastern Policy:

1. Enter the participating clinic location and inform the clinic staff that the insured(s) is a customer of the Great Eastern and wish to enjoy the "Great Eastern $13 GP Consultation" offer.

2. Show the NRIC of the insured(s) for registration.

3. Sign in to the Great Eastern App via Great ID or Singpass.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the "Home" page(see figure 3).

5. On the bottom of the "Home" page, tap "View coverage for other insured" (see figure 4).

6. The list of all insured(s) with policies under Great Eastern pops up.

7. Staff matches the name of the insured(s) on the NRIC and Great Eastern App (see figure 5).

8. Once confirmed, the insured(s) will enjoy the $13 GP consult rate.

b. Policyowners will then need to flash the “Home” page of their logged in Great Eastern App showcasing their name for the clinic staff to match with the NRIC. Please refer to redemption steps here.

8. For insured(s) to enjoy the $13 GP Consultation initiative, policyowners will need to be present at the point of redemption to log into the Great Eastern App to verify that the insured(s) is a customer of Great Eastern.
