Great Eastern Rewards – Neurohealth Online lucky draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway and lucky draw

1.        Receive 100 GREAT Dollars (“Reward”) and 1 lucky draw chance when you participate in each quiz of the Neurohealth Quiz Series.

2.        To be eligible to receive the Reward, participants must be Users (as defined below) of the Great Eastern Rewards mobile app (the “App”) and successfully participate in a quiz from the “Mind Matters Quiz Series” from 6 November to 31 December 2024. There are a total of four (4) quizzes for participants to take part in (each a “Quiz”, collectively “Quizzes”). A Quiz will be released on a bi-weekly basis between 6 November to 31 December 2024 and the Quizzes shall remain open for participation till 31 December 2024.

3.        The Reward is limited to the first 3,000 unique Users per Quiz who submit their form.

4.        A User refers to existing App users who have been verified as a Great Eastern customer on the App.

5.        Read any 4 content articles and fill in a feedback form at the bottom of the articles to gain extra chances in the lucky draw.

How to participate:

6.        Each participating User submitting their Quiz participation form using their Great Eastern Rewards account email address, is eligible to receive 100 GREAT Dollars.

7.        A User is only entitled to 100 GREAT Dollars per Quiz. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.

8.        A User may receive up to a maximum of 400 GREAT Dollars (worth S$4) if the User participates in all four (4) Quizzes.

9.        With every one (1) Quiz participation form, each Participant is eligible for one (1) chance to enter the Lucky Draw. With every one (1) Article feedback form, each Participant is eligible for one (1) chance to enter the Lucky Draw, up to a maximum of (8) chances to stand a chance to win the “Prizes”.

10.   Prizes:

1.        2 lucky participants will stand to win supplements from Glovida worth $391.60 each

2.        3 lucky participants will stand a chance to win a Pamper Ritual Gift set from Lynk Fragrances worth $68.70 each

3.        1 lucky participant will stand a chance to win a Heveya Pillow worth $218

4.        1 lucky participant will stand a chance to win Sonno the pillow worth $129

5.        5 lucky participants will stand a chance to win neck tuners from True Chiropractic group worth $48 each

(each a “Prize”, collectively the “Prizes”).

 Terms & Conditions:

11.   Eligible participants who are Users of the App will be notified via an in-app notification once the Reward has been credited to their Great Eastern Rewards account. Participants are reminded to enable their app notification in order not to miss out on the notification.

12.   To receive the reward, participants must enter their email address to a valid Great Eastern Rewards account in the Quiz participation form during submission.

13.   The Reward will be credited to eligible participants by the second week of December 2024 for submissions received during the month of November 2024.

14.   The Reward will be credited to eligible participants by the second week of January 2024 for submissions received during the month of December 2024.

15.   To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must have entered a valid email address in the Quiz participation form and Article feedback form.

16.   Participants must be 18 years and above at the point of quiz submission to participate in the Lucky Draw and Great Dollars giveaway.

17. The winners will be drawn on 9th of January, 2025, 1700 SGT, at Great Eastern Centre office located at 1 Pickering Street, #01-01, Singapore 048659

18.   Prize winners and prize collection details will be released via email.

19.   By participating in the Lucky Draw and Great Dollars giveaway, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the “Companies”), as well as their respective representatives, agents, authorised service providers and relevant third parties, collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer this promotion and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern’s Privacy Statement which is accessible from Great Eastern’s website, which you confirm you have read and understood.

Each Participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that Participant may have previously provided to Great Eastern Persons, and each Participant’s consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of a Participant’s Personal Data, with or without that Participant’s consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

20.   If a Participant’s name is drawn but the Participant does not respond within 1 month of email notification date, Great Eastern and Companies will forfeit the prizes from the Lucky Draw.

21.   Great Eastern reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other items.

22.   Great Eastern shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of, computer online systems, servers, providers or technical problems, or any combination thereof.

23.   Information on how to participate in the Lucky Draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway shall form part of these terms and conditions governing the Lucky Draw.

24.   Great Eastern makes no representation as to the quality or performance of the Prizes provided by the merchants in connection with the Lucky Draw. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants acknowledge and accept that the use of each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant providing the Prize.

25.   Great Eastern’s decisions in all matters related to the Lucky Draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway, prizes and prize winners shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.

26.   In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing or promotional materials or communications relating to the Lucky Draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

27.   The Lucky Draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.

28.   By participating in the Lucky Draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway, Participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the Lucky Draw and GREAT Dollars giveaway  as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern.
