Plan Conversion for GREAT SupremeHealth and GREAT TotalCare plans

If you want to downgrade your IP for the GREAT SupremeHealth and GREAT TotalCare plans by yourself, you must understand the coverage you are reducing.

If you wish to receive recommendations that take into account your financial situation and particular needs, seek advice from your Financial Representative.

Note: After downgrading, you'll need to go through a full health declaration if you wish to restore your existing coverage.

Great Eastern app

Sign in to the Great Eastern app using your Singpass or Great ID.

Tap Services from the bottom menu.

Select Plan conversion.

Before converting your plan, understand the coverage you are reducing, then tap Downgrade plan.

Answer a few questions to declare your intent to downgrade your plan, then tap Start downgrade.

Select a plan to downgrade.

Select the plan you wish to downgrade to, then tap Next.

Check that the changes you have made are correct and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Tap Submit.

View your request status.

Questions and Answers

You will receive an endorsement letter in the eDocuments section of the Great Eastern app.

It may take up to 1 working day if the request was submitted through the Great Eastern app.

If you submit your request through your Financial Representative, it may take up to 5 working days.

If you want to cancel your GREAT TotalCare Plus rider by yourself, submit the Application for Change form to us through email:

If you want to downgrade your both plans, the individual policy owners must submit individual Application for Change forms for each policy and submit them together to us.
