1. Will I require a Business Degree or Insurance background to be considered for the programme?
We welcome all final-year undergraduates with an expected bachelor’s degree with good honours from all disciplines to join the programme - we place a strong emphasis on your overall potential!

At the start of the programme, you will be provided with a comprehensive company orientation, followed by development programs and industry programmes that will provide you with professional accreditations in the Insurance industry.

2. How about work experience?
The programme is also opened to all candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.

3. Will I be assigned a Mentor?
To support MAs on this journey, a mentor will be assigned to each MA for the whole duration of the programme. MAs are also encouraged to continue this relationship with their mentor beyond the formal programme.

4. Who is an ideal Great Eastern Corporate MA?
