Switch funds for investment-linked plan

Your request must comply with the prevailing limits and constraints outlined in your investment-linked policy. If you want to perform the top up by yourself, you must complete and pass the Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA). You must conduct your own research on the performance of GreatLink funds and Prestige Portfolio funds.

If you wish to receive recommendations that take into account your investment objectives, financial situation, and particular needs, seek advice from your Financial Representative.

 

Ways to switch funds

Sign in to the Great Eastern App using your Singpass or Great ID.

Tap Services in the bottom menu.

Tap Investment.

Tap Switch funds.

Answer a few questions about your fund switch, then tap Start fund switch.

Select a policy to switch funds.

Select funds to switch out, then tap Next

Enter switch out details, then tap Next

Select funds to switch in, then tap Next.

Enter switch in details, then tap Next.

Confirm your fund switch details, check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then tap Submit fund switch.

Enter a one-time password (OTP) to complete your submission, then tap Submit to complete your fund switch.

View your request status.

Questions and Answers

Your fund switch will complete 2 working days after the submission. If your submission is rejected, we will inform you via a letter which can be found in the eDocuments section of the Great Eastern App.

You are unable to switch from one fund to another if:

  • you have a pending request to switch from the same fund, or
  • there is incoming funds.

You will have to wait for the request to be completed before you can make the new fund switch request.
