  • Do not exercise sporadically or attempt high-intensity events without any prior training
Stop exercising if you feel the following symptoms:
 
  • Overly fatigued
  • Feeling unwell
  • Short of breath
  • Heart palpitations
  • Irregular heartbeat
What physical activity works best
 
  • Moderate physical activity, such as a 30-minutes brisk walk, is the best at improving your health.
  • Pace yourself and increase session times slowly.
