  • Gluten sensitivity is a common harmful gut condition, which can cause symptoms such as bloating and diarrhoea. However, this condition is not a true allergy, as gluten can still be consumed in moderation without triggering symptoms.
  • You do not need to poop everyday as the frequency differs between individuals. If you feel fine between each bowel movement, there is no cause for concern. 
  • Spicy food do not cause ulcers, as the sensation of pain in your gut is from capsaicin which causes a burning feeling but is otherwise harmless in moderation.
