Section I - Fire & lightning (Easi-Biz Standard)
Be at ease if the property insured described in the schedule or any part of such property is destroyed or damaged by fire or lightning, we will pay you the actual value of the property insured at the time of the happening of its destruction or the actual amount of such damage.

Section I - Property all risks (Easi-Biz Premier)
We will pay the actual value for all risks of physical loss, destruction or damage to the property insured which occurred during the policy period.

Section II - Inconvenience allowance
Not to worry if your property insured is destroyed or damaged resulting in the whole of your business premises to temporarily close for business or cease operation. If you are entitled to claim for such damage or destruction under Section I of your policy (Fire or property all risks, depending on your policy), we will pay you a daily inconvenience allowance as specified in the schedule commencing from the day of closure or cessation up to a maximum period of one hundred and eighty (180) days or the day your business resumes full or partial operation, whichever shall be the earlier.

Section III - Theft, armed robbery or hold-up
We will provide coverage against theft as we will pay up to the limit of liability specified in the schedule for loss or damage to your property insured when in your business premises, which is directly caused by theft (provided always that theft must be accompanied by actual, visible, forcible and violent breaking into or out of your premises), armed roberry or hold-up.

Section IV - Money
Rest assured that we will cover your losses with the limit of liability specified in the schedule for loss of money including the loss of cash, bank and currency notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, credit card, sales vouchers, unused postage stamps and revenue stamps.

Section V - Plate glass
Avoid further interruption to your business, as we will pay you up to the limit of liability specified in the schedule of any fixed glass in doors, windows or display cases situated at your business premises is broken by fracture extending through its entire thickness as a result of any accident or misfortune.

Section VII - Fidelity guarantee
We wiil reimburse you for all pecuniary loss or loss of goods or property, subject to the limit of liability stated in the schedule, caused by any act of fraud or dishonesty committed by any employee or group of employees acting together:
a) during the policy period stated in the schedule, and
b) during the uninterrupted continuance of employment of the said employee, and
c) in connection with the occupation and duties of the said employee.

Section VII - Machinery breakdown
Keep your business moving whilst we will reimburse you by payment in cash, replacement or repair up to an amount limited to the sum insured in any one year of insurance, as specified in the schedule if the property insured (limited to machinery plant and equipment) in your business premises suffers any unforeseen and sudden physical loss or damage.

Section VIII - Employer's liability
In any of your employees sustains bodiliy injury by accident or disease arising out of and during their employement with you in your business, we will pay all sums of compensation which you shall be legally liable at law subject to the limit of liability stated in the schedule inclusive of legal costs and expenses.

Section IX - Public liability
If you become legally liable to pay compensation or expenses for accidental bodily injury to, or death of another person and/or loss of or damage to another person's property arising from your negligence or of any of your employees while engaged in your business, we will pay for any one occurrence limited to the liability stated in the schedule inclusive of legal costs and expenses.

Section X - Product liability
We will subject to the terms and conditions of this policy indemnify you against all sums which you have become legally liable to pay compensation or damages expenses inclusive of legal costs and expenses in respect for bodily injury to any person or loss of or damage to property arising out of claims first made in writing against you during the period of insurance as a result of an accident in relation to your products.

General exclusions
Easi-Biz Standard and Easi-Biz Premier do not cover the following risks:
- Radioactive contamination
- War
- Terrorism
- Acts of authorities
- Sonic bangs
- Existing damage
