You are The PASSIVE COMMUNICATOR
A passive communicator doesn’t like to rock the boat. You will usually go along with a situation to avoid confrontation. Whilst you often know what you want, you tend not to voice it aloud. You can often get taken advantage of by more aggressive communicators, and can feel resentful and anxious because of this. You tend to be apologetic, soft-spoken and use submissive body language. It will help you to be more assertive to communicate in a clear and calm voice. (Take the quiz again)

You are THE AGGRESSIVE COMMUNICATOR
Aggressive communicators tend to put their needs above others. You use rather harsh, elevated language to push your point of view. You can be dominant in a group and often intimidating to those around you. Your body language can be overbearing and you are quick to dictate to others. You should learn to be assertive without the aggression. It will prove a much more effective communication tool for getting your point across. (Take the quiz again)

You are THE ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATOR
If you are an assertive communicator you are usually also a good listener – but there’s always room for improvement! You generally communicate in a clear, concise and respectful manner, rarely raising your voice, yet you get your point across. Others feel at ease in your presence and are often motivated by you. You try not to control others and take responsibility for your actions. Try gaining a deeper appreciation of yourself and you won’t be afraid to assert your rights. (Take the quiz again)
