A health scare in her 20s led Rachel into the world of nutrition. Realizing the power of food for health, she enrolled in dietetics at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
As a registered dietitian at Pantai Hospital Ipoh (PHI), she helped delay dialysis for Mrs. Tan, a 58-year-old with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease, by eight years through tailored dietary care.

Their first viral post on ‘detox’ diets reached 100,000 readers in its debut week. Now in its fifth year, the platform has grown into a community of 11,000, offering meal plans, virtual classes, and consultations.
